Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No commercial vehicles permitted in the parking lot.
Pet Policy: One pet under 25 lbs. allowed with approval prior to booking and a non-refundable pet fee.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

"Very ebjohable months in Key Wet. Location of our unit was perfect and enjoyed the pool an hot tub. Inside of unit worked well for us along with outside private sitting area. Hope to enjoy the location again in the future.

Perfect Location in Key West

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The walking proximity to Mallory Square, viewing the cruise ships, short walk to the harbor, close to awesome restaurants/bars on Duval Street was perfect. Pool and spa were nice. The unit is great, although a few improvements could be made soon... new sofa, new TV's and new washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend if those improvements were made.

"Great location. Up-to-date Wolf kitchen appliances but furniture needs to be updated and smells a bit. We are long time renters of Jaime of KWPR and she is amazing. Communication is wonderful with her and she goes beyond finding someplace for you to rent.

"Overall our stay at the condo was okay. It was a great location about a 5-minute walk from Front and Greene streets. The only down side was the noise from ship horns and music from Hanks bar. The Condo was fairly clean but maybe slightly dated. The pool was average but could have been cleaned more often. We ended up cleaning it at least 4 times. The hot tub seemed to be too hot so we did not use it much. I did contact the manager about a few non critical issues which they took care of promptly. The view from the balcony was a dumpster (which was used all day) in the property behind the unit. Off street parking was great but it was not in front of the unit. Parking for a second car if you have guests was not so good, $60 a night at the ramp across the street from the condo. We did find an open lot on Southard Street for $15 a night and had 2 different guests use it with no problems. It was about a 15-minute walk from the condo however.

Great condo, but certain expectations that were set were not met

"The condo and grounds were amazing and met expectations. Issues were: old, lumpy pillows even after blood stained ones were replaced. Outdated TV's. Filthy floors that left feet dirty after walking on for first 30 minutes there. Was told would have per person starter toiletries, there were none, along with having to purchase detergent and garbage bags - things that normally are always provided at minimum at monthly rentals we have been to. Back sliding door did not properly lock and was only secure if used wood stick in bottom, never told about had to realize it midway through month. Could also use update on couch/chair. Maintenance man was an amazing help and really provided the best customer service. Location cannot be beat, and pool area was amazing.

"Great location and love it there. Overall was clean but the floor needs to be mopped every so often as our feet were black from walking. The cleaning crew must have taken the rest of the toilet paper rolls off when cleaning because there wasn’t even a square of toilet tissue. Management did leave us a roll of paper towels and a sponge which was appreciated. There is a screen in one of the bedrooms which was broken. Other than that we would rent again as we have for the past 3 years.

"This is the 3rd year we will have rented from Key West Vacation and Realty. Jaime and Christina from there are great to work with. The location of this property is amazing with it being a block from Mallory Square. The unit is always clean with plenty of towels and extra sheets. The pool is located in the sun so you can enjoy it but there are parts that are shaded so it’s the best of both worlds. We thoroughly enjoy our stay there every year.

"We love Banyan Court and this condo! We stay every February. The location is perfect. Property management folks are the best - Thank you Rebecca! We have only two small suggestions - 1) add a few more pots and pans in the kitchen 2) add an optional light cotton blanket in each bedroom for those who like more weight on their covers when sleeping.

"Can’t beat the location of this great townhouse. Viking appliances in the kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. Amazing pool and hot tub. Great dealing with the property management. Only negative would be the sofa which was beachy wicker and a little uncomfortable.

"The property description, on Home Away, don’t do this property justice. We’ve rented different homes and condos in Key West for ten years. NO, property or mgmt co. Has met a five star rating in that time, or even came close. Clean, is an understatement. Both bathrooms were spotless (you just don’t find that in the Keys). No “condo” smell. Everything worked. Looks like the furniture has been there since the condo was built. All clean and in great shape. Tiny bit small for two couples for an entire month. Excellent for us. The pool, hot tub and grounds are beautiful. Best location we’ve ever had. Walk out of the complex and you’re where you want to be. Walk anywhere! Great staff at KW Vacation Properties. Good communication and very helpful. Would we use KWVP&R again? Absolutely! Would we stay in this condo or Banyon Court complex again? Is that a serious question? Does Key West have roosters? (Certainly!) Thanks for a great stay!

"Excellent place to stay in Old Town Key West. It's a very short walk to Duval and Mallory Square. Just 2 blocks to Sloppy Joes, Hogs Breath.

The townhouse had everything I needed for a month's stay, two very nice bedrooms, washer and dryer. full kitchen, nice living room, cable tv, internet, A/C and fans, etc.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Key West

"Unit 238 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that was clean, comfortable, and well located. It was one short block away from the waterfront where we could watch sunsets, cruise ships, and boating of all kinds. It was easy to walk to many activities and restaurants. The proximity to Duval street meant you could hear the bands at night. However, the windows were good quality and blocked much of the sound when closed.
The size worked well for 2 people. An occasional guest would work but I would recommend one of the slightly bigger units (2 1/2 bath, small dining area) if you plan 3-4 people for your entire stay.
The small outdoor patio area provided a shaded spot to eat or have a drink. It overlooked an area where utility vehicles parked, but had nice foliage on the sides to block neighbors and the pool. The pool was quiet and a great place to relax.
Management staff was very professional and responsive to any requests.
We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property.
